Advancing digital initiatives, building new processes, and ensuring every decision is value-driven are key objectives for today’s CIO – they also rely on a clear data and analytics strategy for success. Though the CIO’s role in managing information and data assets hasn’t significantly changed in terms of accountability and responsibility, their role in driving insights, decision-making and business outcomes has taken a dramatic shift, compelling CIOs to take a more deliberate approach.

In this engaging dinner conversation among peers, CIOs will discuss the shifts they’ve made to advance a data and analytics strategy, how they’ve positioned IT as an outcome-enabler, and how they’ve generated the greatest value across the enterprise.

Data & Analytics Strategy, Implementation and Value Creation

  1. What are the biggest obstacles or skill deficiencies you have identified on the D&A journey, and how is your organization investing in developing critical skills and capabilities for the digital business?

  2. How are you working across functions to find ways in which D&A can make an immediate impact? Who are your strongest partners and advocates across the business?

Measuring Business Outcomes, Impact and Collective Results

  1. How can we align our D&A strategy to enterprise goals and demonstrate measurable outcomes from D&A investments?

  2. Especially in today’s economic environment, the business often needs quick and meaningful returns on investments. How are you measuring and communicating the immediate and long-term value of D&A investments?

  3. What complexities do you face when formulating an understanding of the cross-functional impact of an analytics initiative?

6:30pm - 7:00pm  Networking Break

7:00pm - 8:00pm  Summary Discussion & Dinner

8:00pm - 9:00pm  Social Hour

We look forward to seeing you at an upcoming in-person gathering
