Aditya (Adi) Kaushal is almost 20 years deep into the data and analytics space. His extensive and varied experience spans from Data & Analytics Leader at Sony to Global Data Product Management Leader at BMO Financial Group.
Professionally, he currently leads the Data Architecture charge at Walgreens focused on building the next generation of data and AI platforms to support their three organizational pillars. In his free time, Adi enjoys playing chess and hitting the golf course.

What is one of your guiding leadership principles?
Go boldly and always do the right thing.
With disruption being a key theme of the past few years, where do you see your role as a CDAO going in the next 1-2 years?
C-level executives need to have a strong understanding of AI and its potential impacts on their industry and society as a whole. Ethical AI and data practices will evolve and so will regulatory oversight.
What advice would you give to someone just starting out in the role as a CDAO?
Change is hard and you have to commit 100% to it before you can lead.
