Kyle has 25 years of IT leadership experience in varying roles. For the past 7 years, he has led data and analytics teams, focusing on both the IT and business side.
What is one of your guiding leadership principles?
Teamwork is essential.
With disruption being a key theme of the past year, where do you see your role as a CDAO going in the next 1-2 years?
CDAOs must remove the complexity of interconnected processes.
What advice would you give to someone just starting out in the role as a CDAO?
If you are new in the role, you need to meet the organization where they are and remember data is a change journey.
