Zachary Bork
Vice President, Enterprise Analytics and Transformation
CentraCare
Zach Bork serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Analytics & Transformation for CentraCare Health. Under Mr. Bork’s leadership, CentraCare Health established an Analytics Center for Excellence to support a data-driven culture. It leverages advanced analytics from across the system – including clinical, quality, safety, workforce, financial, market, and other data – to drive improved outcomes, achieve strategic initiatives, sharpen operational execution, and enhance decision-making capabilities. A fun fact about Mr. Bork: Before his professional career, he was a state champion long jumper.

Give us a brief overview of the path that led to your current role.
Most of my career in healthcare has been both hospital and clinic operations. In all of my roles, I relied heavily on analytics to make data driven decisions.
