Give us a brief overview of the path that led to your current role.
I have always been passionate about leveraging technology to drive meaningful impact. After building a strong foundation in college, I gained diverse experience across IT roles in manufacturing, CPG, and retail—focusing on using data and technology to enhance productivity and business value. Along the way, I developed expertise in strategic leadership, talent development, ERP implementation, data-driven value creation, and cybersecurity, all of which have led me to my current role at Grocery Outlet.
