Give us a brief overview of the path that led to your current role.

I have been working in the Digital & IT sector since 2000, leading digital transformation projects, enabling companies’ main processes optimization and fostering innovation.

I began my career in consultancy in Italy and abroad, and then joined Edison as ICT development manager in the commercial area, at the same time as the liberalization of energy and to Edison's entry into the mass market. I spent a significant part of my professional career in Snam, following the gas integration process and the unbundling from ENI, where I contributed to the strategic objective of accelerating the digitization of Snam processes with the role of Head of Demand and Project Delivery in the Digital Transformation and Technology department.

In 2018, I joined Falck Renewables S.p.A as Chief Digital & Information Officer where I guided the digital transformation of the Group and founded the internal business line of digital services for the asset management in the renewables energy market. In 2022, I joined Epta Refrigeration S.p.A as Chief Digital & Information Officer, being responsible for the digital transformation program and IT operation at a global level.
