Have clarity in what an organization needs to mature and solve security and technology problems. As a partner, enable teams to deliver the mandate.
With disruption being a key theme of the past few years, where do you see your role as a CISO going in the next 1-2 years?
As technology domains get flatter, security and technology leadership roles will continue to overlap. Security leaders will absorb technology responsibilities and play a significant role in technology investments.
What advice would you give to someone just starting out in the role as a CISO?
I am new to this role, and I am happy to take advice.
