What is one of your guiding leadership principles?
Informed risk decisions, clear accountability and positive encouragement lead to great results. Work hard and play harder.
With disruption being a key theme of the past year, where do you see your role as a CISO going in the next 1-2 years?
CISOs will continue to be part of companies' risk and strategy frameworks.
What advice would you give to someone just starting out in the role as a CISO?
Your internal, external and vendor networks will be a critical factor in your success.

I like to bike, hike, snowboard, snorkel and canoe. I recently became Scuba certified. And, I just completed five trails in the mountains of Peru.
