Who doesn't love connecting with peers to eat and enjoy a friendly competition? Governing Body members will have the opportunity to enjoy dinner and participate in a hands-on dessert competition. Participants will form small teams and receive an assortment of toppings along with tempered chocolate to create their own unique chocolate bark. They will have 20 minutes to put the dessert together and will be judged on flavor, appearance, texture and originality. This is an evening of networking you won't want to miss!
