Amplifying Influence by Building an Intentional Executive Brand
Every leader has a brand -- yet few build theirs intentionally. If you don’t know how you are seen and you are not purposeful in shaping how you want to be seen, it is nearly impossible to develop an influential executive presence. And not only does your persona have a surprising degree of impact on your own abilities to influence, but it also affects how your team is perceived by the wider organization.
Gartner Analyst Anish Roy joins this virtual session to provide a jumpstart to the journey of building (or rebuilding) an intentional executive brand. Participants will be led through exercises designed to get you thinking about three key questions:
- How am I currently being perceived?
- What would I never want people to think about me?
- What do you want people to believe about you going forward?
