The role of the CDAO has become increasingly critical to enterprises across the globe, as data has become the lifeblood of digital business. As the need for a capable data and analytics leader grows, so does the need for peer support among the CDAO community. In 2021, we saw an abundance of D&A leaders lean on each other for insights and learnings to help them succeed in the workplace. Here is a recap of the content that CDAOs felt was most compelling and relevant for their role today.

Most enjoyed in-person presentations at CDAO Executive Summits:

In this interactive discussion, CDAOs discussed “overcoming obstacles associated with different cloud, hybrid and on-prem models, practical performance comparisons of select architectures, and how to enable the business and data landscape to drive your cloud strategies.”

Executive Boardroom: Building a Data Literacy Roadmap

During this time, CDAOs spoke to each other about the obstacles that are hindering data literacy goals, the hierarchy of data literacy, as well as the steps to take for building a culture that promotes data literacy.”

Keynote: The CDAO as a Change Agent - How to Drive Transformational Change in Data & Analytics — Hosted by Informatica

This highly rated keynote challenged CDAOs to drive change while bridging the gap between business and technology teams.
