Agenda

Coming Soon

The CHRO Executive Summit agendas are driven by the mission-critical priorities identified among the community. Each agenda is uniquely crafted ‘by CHROs, for CHROs,’ and will be available closer to the gathering. All topics and sessions will be inspired by the following themes.

Boosting Resiliency Through Change and Innovation

Advanced technology, role evolution and distributed work environments are just a few of the disruptions organizations are facing. CHROs must guide the workforce through these changes thoughtfully while also building resiliency among workers.

Developing the Next Generation of Leaders for Evolving Ways of Work

The traits that make an effective leader have changed to focus more on flexibility and empathy. As a new group of people leaders take on managerial responsibilities, HR leaders must develop their ability to demonstrate a more human-centric approach.

Fostering Connected Culture in Hybrid Work Environments

The way employees work post-pandemic has changed, and in hybrid and remote work environments it’s more challenging to create a sense of belonging. CHROs must demonstrate culture from the top-down and create organizational moments that matter.

We look forward to seeing you at an upcoming in-person gathering
