Agenda

Coming Soon

The CHRO Executive Summit agendas are driven by the mission-critical priorities identified among the community. Each agenda is uniquely crafted ‘by CHROs, for CHROs,’ and will be available closer to the gathering. All topics and sessions will be inspired by the following themes.

Fast-tracking Leadership and Manager Development

CHROs are focused on continuous, practical development to equip leaders with the necessary skills to handle increasing responsibilities and evolving employee expectations. Leaders must emphasize real-world learning and peer connections to prepare managers for future challenges.

Strategic Workforce Planning and Change Management

Organizations are shifting from headcount-based planning to a capability-focused approach. CHROs must develop strategies to build, buy, or borrow talent and enhance change management skills to combat change fatigue and empower employees.

Building an Organizational Culture through HR Technology Innovation

Aligning cultural values with behaviors is the best way to hold leaders accountable. Organizations must invest in long-term, innovative HR technologies including generative AI to streamline processes and improve employee experience, while ensuring those technologies meet evolving business needs.

We look forward to seeing you at an upcoming in-person gathering
