What to Expect
Agenda
Coming Soon
The CHRO Executive Summit agendas are driven by the mission-critical priorities identified among the community. Each agenda is uniquely crafted By CHROs, For CHROs®, and will be available closer to the gathering. All topics and sessions will be inspired by the following themes.
Developing People Leaders for Critical, High-Stakes Moments
Leader and manager development is a top priority for CHROs, but most lack confidence in their current approaches, which often fail to deliver results. HR leaders should shift from generic, supply-driven leadership development to targeted, demand-driven support during critical, high-stakes moments where leaders need it the most.
Harnessing AI to Shape the New Way of Work
CHROs must lead the way in harnessing both agentic and generative AI to reshape work, balancing human-machine collaboration and preparing the workforce for AI-driven transformation. By moving beyond isolated AI solutions and developing a comprehensive strategy for HR, CHROs can unlock sustainable value and ensure their organizations thrive in the new era of work.
Boosting Workforce Excellence and Resilience in Disruptive Environments
CHROs must make workforce resilience a strategic priority to drive sustainable performance, especially as employees face mounting pressure from constant change, AI adoption and organizational transformation. By building a resilient workforce—one that excels in both performance and well-being—organizations can ensure successful AI integration, maintain productivity and safeguard long-term business success despite ongoing disruption.
