MAY 11, 2023

Spring is here, and with it comes the first Evanta CHRO Executive Summits of 2023! This year, our governing body members told us their top priorities are leadership development, succession planning, talent retention, and organizational culture. Underlying all of it are themes of diversity, equity and inclusion and improving the employee value proposition.

Knowing their key areas of opportunity helps us create the most timely and relevant sessions at our upcoming CHRO Executive Summits. With this data, we are able to bring together HR practitioners, thought leaders and strategic partners for a day of networking, sharing and learning among peers.

There are seven regional gatherings for people leaders right around the corner, and here’s a sneak peek of what you can expect at each.

  1. Gartner Talent Angle Podcast Live: Committing to the Frontline at the Dallas CHRO Executive Summit

In this keynote at the Dallas CHRO Summit, Frito Lay SVP & CHRO Patrick McLaughlin will join Gartner VP of research Peter Aykens for an in-depth discussion about developing and growing critical frontline talent in a time when that talent is hard to come by.

This conversation will be the first time we join forces with Gartner for a live podcast recording in front of our summit audience.

  1. Solutions for Employee-Centric Well-Being at the Boston CHRO Executive Summit

Victoria Creamer, Chief People Officer at Charles River Laboratories; Joan McGrail, CHRO at New Balance; and Ronald Arigo, SVP and Head of Human Resources at AAA Northeast will lead this interactive discussion around managing stress, anxiety and burnout in the workforce.

The theme of cross-organizational collaboration continues in New York. Anna Krasniewska, Practice Vice President of Gartner’s Human Resources practice, will lead a conversation with Deb Borg, CHRO and D&I Officer at IFF and Denise Lowsley, SVP & CHRO at Hanover Insurance Group.

  1. Refreshing Company Culture to Grow Future Leaders at the Atlanta CHRO Executive Summit

Organizational culture is a critical priority for executives in the Atlanta and Southeast region. The summit will be anchored with a fireside chat between Lisa Chang, Global Chief People Officer at the Coca-Cola Company and Tim Hourigan, EVP of Human Resources at The Home Depot.

  1. Shifting Focus from Jobs to Skills at the Minneapolis CHRO Executive Summit

Finding job candidates is one thing, but finding candidates with the right skills is a different discussion altogether.
