OCTOBER 12, 2023

As fall approaches, this is a time where our CHRO community members are looking to make new connections, validate strategies and familiarize themselves with new practices to set their organizations up strong in the year ahead.

To support these HR leaders, our teams have been working diligently with each community’s Governing Body to create sessions for our upcoming Executive Summits that cover the most pressing issues and trending topics impacting HR leaders today. Having agendas built “by CHROs, for CHROs” ensures our gatherings are the most valuable place for HR leaders to learn from trusted peers and industry experts.

At the beginning of this year, CHROs indicated they were focused on succession planning, retention strategies and developing and upskilling talent to meet new business needs and future leadership roles. These priorities are still top of mind and anchoring agendas in the second half of the year, with an added emphasis on the rapidly evolving generative AI landscape and the new phase of corporate diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I).

With seven CHRO Executive Summits hosted in North America this season, we are offering a variety of forums to address these topics, as well as the ever evolving CHRO role. Here’s a sneak peak of what you can expect this season.
